It all starts with an idea, a passion, a family story. Andrea Dias, from a family with roots in both Auvergne and Provence, was raised with a love for local produce, gastronomy, sharing, and conviviality.

From working in French vineyards to marketing international wines in Australia, the journey continued as a Head Sommelier in several prestigious establishments: Château de Versailles - Le Grand Contrôle led by Alain Ducasse, Le Fouquet’s on the Champs-Élysées, Château de la Gaude, and many more.

From a dream, a reality was born: Wines Dinners.
